How to start an exercise

After you have linked your device and loaded your training course you are ready to start your exercise.

Before you start your exercise it is important to be sure that the sound and vibrations are activated on your watch. This must be done in the watch settings menu.

It can not be set in the O-range App.

  • Slide number 0
    Press the "start button" to start the exercise
  • Slide number 1
    The watch will give you the distance to the starting point and you can warm up to the start
  • Slide number 2
    When you are at the starting point (15 m by default) the watch starts to beep and vibrate
  • Slide number 3
    To start the exercise press the "start button" again and select "Start course" from the menu
  • Slide number 4
    The course time starts and the watch shows you the distance to the first control. It also shows the control code
  • Slide number 5
    When you approach the control the watch beeps and gives you the distance to the next control.
  • Slide number 6
    This continues to the finish line of your course.
  • Slide number 7
    The course time stops when you cross the finish line, and the race is over. However training exercise does not stop until you select the start/stop button.
  • Slide number 8
    You can then select "Save and exit" if you want to save the exercise, or "Discard and exit" if you want to forget it.
