You must upload an event to your user account before you can download it to your watch. The event can be made by different course setting tools such as Ocad, Purple Pen or Condes. The event must be in an XML-format (IOF 3) or a GPX-format.
Browse for an XML-file (IOF 3) or GPX-file on your PC. Press Upload File to upload it to your account
The first course in the event is marked orange (All Controls)
Click on the course you want to download to your device (Hvit)

Important note:
Your Garmin watch must be connected to your mobile phone through Bluetooth, and your mobile phone must have access to internet when you load a course
