When you have selected a course in an event you can download the course to your watch.
First you must have uploaded an event and selected a course at www.o-range.no. Select Load course in the settings menu on your watch.
The course will be loaded and you are ready to start your training

Important note:
Your Garmin watch must be connected to your mobile phone through Bluetooth, and your mobile phone must have access to internet when you load a course
